All sessions are by appointment only.

If you are a new student, and would like to take a trial session, please fill out the “Trial Session Form” to schedule an appointment.

Monday: 
“OPEN GYM” from 8:00 pm.

There will be no “formal” coaching, but the gym and equipment will be available for use to all members.

*No Unsupervised Sparring or Clinching.*

*Pad work will be available with prior coordination with an approved trainer. * 

8:00 pm-10:00 pm- Muay Thai

Tuesday: 

7:00 pm-7:30 pm Running/Cardio/Warm-Up
7:30 pm-8:30pm- Muay Thai
8:30pm-9:30 pm- Muay Thai

Wednesday: 

7:00-7:30 pm Running/Cardio/Warm-Up
7:30 pm-8:30 pm- Muay Thai
8:30 pm-9:30 pm- Strength and Conditioning

Thursday: 

7:00-7:30 pm Running/Cardio/Warm-Up
7:30 pm-8:30 pm- Muay Thai
8:30 pm-9:30 pm- Strength and Conditioning

Friday: 
7:00 pm-8:00 pm- Muay Thai Clinching
8:00 pm-9:00 pm- Muay Thai Sparring

Saturday: 
11:30 am to 12:30- Cardio and Bag Work

12:30 pm to 1:30pm- Cardio and Bag Work

1:30 pm to 2:30pm- Muay Thai

2:30 pm to 3:30 pm- Muay Thai

3:30 pm to 4:30 pm- Muay Thai

Sunday:
